Hi, I’m Emma. My passion has always been people, understanding people, supporting people, and making sure they feel heard.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent several years working one-on-one with children with special needs, which deepened my understanding of accessibility and the power of the right support. My studies in Psychology and Family & Child Studies reinforced my interest in mental health, leading me to pursue a Master’s in Counselling Psychology. Along the way, I worked in neurotechnology, exploring how neurofeedback can enhance meditation, sleep, and well-being.
Outside the therapy room, you can usually find me playing volleyball, going on long walks, cooking, or searching for my next favourite TV show. I love exploring new places and experiencing different ways of life. Throughout my life, I’ve lived in Spain, Indonesia, and British Columbia, but now I call Toronto home.
